New Customer Process:

1. Quote and Initial Service:

- New customers will receive a quote and must pay for their initial cleanup before the service is scheduled.

- A valid credit/debit card will be securely stored on file during this process.

2. Prorated Billing for Remainder of the Month:

- After the initial service, customers who subscribe to recurring services will be charged a prorated fee for the remainder of the current month.

3. Recurring Monthly Billing:

- Starting on the 1st of the following month, you will be charged a flat fee for the entire month of services using the equation below.

Monthly Fee Calculation:

We charge a flat fee at the beginning of each month using this equation:

- Recurring price x 52/12 (or x 26/12 for bi-weekly schedules).

This ensures coverage for months with five weeks and accounts for any scheduling complications.

Example:

- John Doe signs up for $20 Tuesday cleanups on 6/9/24.

- Before the first cleanup on 6/11/24, he pays $40 for the initial cleanup.

- After the initial service, John is charged $40 for the remainder of June (6/18 and 6/25).

- On 7/1/24, John is charged $86.67 for the entire month of July, covering 7/2, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, and 7/30.

Double Doody Policy :

If service cannot be performed on the scheduled date due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather or yard access issues), we will address the additional waste during the next visit. You will still be charged for the postponed service, as the extra waste requires additional time and effort.
